Posted 2/19/2006 9:39:16 PM by Linda Cripe This is not really the entrance to the Ritz is just a little left of the photo. This is the doors but the Box Office is and was beside it. This theater was the "premier" theater for movies in Waycross, it would seat about a hundred people and had a beautiful balcony which seated about 30 or so. My father, Jack White was the projectionist and manager for many, many years. The Georgia Theater Company owned and operated the theater. Their home office is on St. Simons Island, Georgia.
